What do I need to pay attention to when charging?

Can this power station support charging devices while being charged?

Why would the generator fan run on and off if it’s not in use or plugged into anything?
The station is Built-in Smart and Silent Cooling Fan, during charging of it, the fan will be automatically turned on when the unit is hotter to maintain the unit, when the temperature drops to a certain level, the fan will be turned off.
How does the uninterrupted power supply (UPS) work?
