AFSS Warranty Policy
At Ask For Solar Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and are pleased to offer a 24-Month Warranty for purchases made on ASKFORSOLARSOLUTIONS.COM. The warranty period commences from the date of the original consumer purchaser's receipt of the products.
How to Claim Your Warranty
Step 1: Initiate your warranty claim on ASKFORSOLARSOLUTIONS.COM by visiting:

Step 2: Contact our ASK FOR SOLAR SOLUTIONS Customer Service Team via email. Please attach a brief video illustrating the issues you're encountering.
Step 3: Once your claim is processed by our Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. If your item qualifies for the Oukitel Warranty Policy, you'll also receive a prepaid shipping label*. Follow the provided instructions on how to securely package and return the item. Please ensure you've completed the steps above before shipping the products.
*Kindly note that prepaid return shipping labels are only available for return packages within the U.S.
Step 4: After confirming receipt of the defective item at our manufacturer's warehouse, the replacement process will proceed within 15 business days. The final resolution is subject to the availability of replacement items.
*Please be aware that prepaid return shipping labels are provided exclusively for return packages in the U.S., and delivery timelines may be affected by force majeure events.
Exclusions and Limitations
This warranty does not apply to:
- Non-quality related issues
- Purchases without valid proof of purchase
- Items that have been refunded
- Items that have exceeded their warranty period
- Any defects or damages resulting from product misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals
- Any defects or damages due to exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external factors
- Any defects or damages arising from reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts
- Lost or stolen products
- Free products
Valid Proof of Purchase
To ensure your warranty is valid, please provide:
- Order number of purchases made through AskForSolarSolutions.com
- Sales invoice or order confirmation email clearly displaying the product's description, price, and sales channel.
